At TBDS we realize that achievement is empowering and an integral part of human growth and interaction. We commit ourselves to a journey of excellence through which all members of our community are supported while pursuing worthwhile, achievable goals. And we establish a faculty of well-trained, prepared teachers through on-going professional development. It is in this frame of mind that we set forth the six core values of capability and the character index.

Viability—At TBDS we strive to be self-disciplined and self-regulated with the pursuit of authenticity and aestheticism. In our everyday teaching we practice what we preach to students to value and cherish our earth and to treasure the utilization of resources.

Morality—At TBDS we establish a setting where each member of the community founds his moral standard on respect and honesty. We recognize as adults we must model law observance, accountability, social morality, and filial piety at all times and encourage and praise our students as they demonstrate these traits. And we advocate for tolerance and respect, and extend these values beyond the school environment.

Advancement—At TBDS we implement an inquiry-based approach to learning that encourages active involvement and recognizes the value of students’ interests and ideas. We introduce a wide-range of experiences within the curriculum that challenge all areas of development encouraging learners to be curious and knowledgeable, independent and adaptable. Knowing that learning is to set an altruistic example, we encourage every child to take responsibility for his or her own learning and deem learning as a life-long achievement.

Leadership—At TBDS we nurture students on the foundation of rightful conduct, fostering students who possess skills and decency and set an example of goodness wherever they go. Our students are brought up to welcome and celebrate members of distinct cultures, learning styles, and abilities, adapting to the cadre and spirit of team cooperation. It is in this substantiality we can proudly say our students are leaders in every facet of trade and industry.

Creativity—At TBDS we devote nonstop endeavor to the betterment and excellence of  our students. Through planned lessons and activities, our students are aroused to dig deep into their potential to continue making attempts on newness. When learning stops being stagnant, true and novel innovations can take place. Through this process, our students are developing an open-minded perspective by providing exposure to alternate points of view through language and cultural studies.

Vitality—At TBDS we enlighten our students as well as the entire staff to treasure life and never give up without a fight.
